Light violet rows are same percentage in both dictionaries.

Light yellow rows swapped percentage ranks. Why? Quantonics uses many more 'q' words like 'qua,' 'quanta,' 'quanton,' and 'quantum.'

Several of you have been looking for a lex of alphabetic frequency.

Doug was curious too, especially in how our qtxdict compares with its incipient web2 dictionary.

Results are shown above.

If you run our example unix command in directory where your dictionary is, and do that for each letter a-z, you will get a count which you may enter into a spreadsheet similar as shown above.

Doug hasn't learned ruby (see our MacResearch link on our top page) yet, but surmises when he does that all above can pretty much be accomplished in a few lines of code.
